How to take vitamin D3/K2 + chlorophyll drops correctly?

Best time to take it

1. Take it with breakfast in the morning

Taking it in the morning avoids vitamin D3 competing with melatonin for receptors and interfering with sleep, especially since taking it at night can make babies and toddlers cranky and fussy.
