Ammonium Bicarbonate Powder Usage and Synthesis.

The disadvantage of ammonium bicarbonate as a fertiliser lies in its chemical instability, after adding crystalline modifier, the crystallization of ammonium bicarbonate increases, the water content decreases, alleviating the phenomenon of easy decomposition and agglomeration. Ammonium bicarbonate is one of the products of nitrogen fertiliser industry, which is the main variety of small nitrogen fertiliser factory in China, and is one of the products of coke oven gas purification in coke plant. Coking plant takes concentrated ammonia as raw material, reacts with carbon dioxide, generates ammonium bicarbonate crystals, and gets ammonium bicarbonate products after centrifugal filtration.

Uses of Ammonium Bicarbonate.

Used as advanced fermentation agent for food. Combined with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as raw material for bread, biscuits, pancakes and other puffing agents, and also used as raw material for foaming powder juice. It is also used in green vegetables, bamboo shoots and other hot bleaching, as well as medicine and reagents.

It can promote crop growth and photosynthesis, promote seedling and leaf growth, can be used as fertiliser, can also be used as fertiliser directly, used as food fermentation agent, swelling agent.
