Uses and Function of Triptolide.

Preparation of Triptolide.

Take 20 kg of 200-300 mesh Qingdao Ocean column chromatography orthophase silica gel, wet packing diameter 50 cm column, methanol eluent on the sample after the gradient elution with petroleum ether: ethyl acetate = 10:1, 6:1, 4:1, 2:1, 1:1 (v/v) mixed solvents in turn, each ratio elution of about 8 column volumes, collect the eluent containing tretinoin, concentrated to about 1/8 volume after 4 After concentrated to about 1/8 volume and static precipitation at 4 ℃, 13.8 g of crude tretinoin was obtained;

The crude product was recrystallised with isopropyl ether as the crystallisation solvent at room temperature, and 12.3g of pure tretinoin was obtained by filtration after crystallisation, and its purity was 99.4% by HPLC.
