II. Service Process

• Health Information Collection: Users complete an online health questionnaire, covering age, gender, dietary habits, exercise frequency, sleep patterns, etc. All information is used only for plan design and is strictly confidential.
• Data Evaluation and Analysis: Our team of nutrition consultants (holding relevant professional qualifications) analyzes potential nutritional gaps based on the information provided by the user, combined with publicly available standards such as Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs).
• Formula Recommendation Generation: After dual review by the system and human reviewers, a formula recommendation is generated for the user, including recommended nutritional components, recommended intake ranges, methods of administration, and precautions. Users can decide whether to adopt this plan themselves or consult a doctor before making a choice.
• Product Manufacturing and Packaging: If the user confirms the plan, we will arrange for a partner factory (compliant with GMP or cGMP standards) to produce the customized product according to the formula list. Samples of each batch of products are retained and subject to random quality checks.
• Follow-up Tracking and Adjustments: After a period of use, users can submit feedback on their physical condition (e.g., any digestive discomfort, changes in sleep patterns, etc.) for an advisor to assess whether the formula needs minor adjustments.
