L-cysteine was prepared into disodium brine solution, and reacted with chloroacetic acid in the presence of sodium pyrosulfite, first at 20-30℃ for 0.5h, and then at 20℃ for 15min, adding activated carbon to the reactants, filtering, acidifying the filtrate with concentrated hydrochloric acid to pH2.5, that is, carboxymethylsteine precipitation was generated, filtration, washing, vacuum drying, and the finished product was obtained. The yield was 92% by L-cysteine.
