Product details
Molybdate is a new water treatment agent with low toxicity and low pollution degree to the environment. In order to obtain better corrosion inhibition effect, molybdate is often combined with polyphosphate, gluconate, zinc salt and benzotriazole, which can not only reduce the amount of molybdate, but also improve the corrosion inhibition effect, and the amount of molybdate after compounding is reduced from 200 ~ 500mg/L to 4 ~ 6mg/L. In the process of molybdate film formation, dissolved oxygen must be present without calcium ions (or other divalent metal ions). Molybdate has high thermal stability and can be used in circulating water systems with high heat flux and local overheating.
Uses and functions of Sodium molybdate.
Molybdate is a new type of water treatment agent, which has low toxicity and low pollution to the environment. Sodium molybdate can be used in the manufacture of alkaloids, ink, fertilizer, molybdenum red pigment and fast pigment precipitant, catalyst, molybdenum salt, can also be used in the manufacture of flame retardants and non-pollution type cold water system of metal inhibitors, also used as galvanizing, polishing agent and chemical reagents.
In vitro study of Sodium molybdate.
Product method of Bulk Sodium molybdate Powder.
It can be obtained in the laboratory by melting a mixture of molybdenum trioxide and sodium carbonate. The raw material molybdenite (main component MoS2) is oxidized and roasted to make crude molybdenum oxide, washed with nitric acid to remove impurities, and then dissolved in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heating and concentrating to obtain sodium molybdate dihydrate Na2MoO4·2H2O. It becomes anhydrous when heated to 100℃.
