Urea Solution powder Usage and Synthesis.

Urea is a neutral fertiliser, does not contain harmful components, hydrolysis products NH+4 and HCO-3 can be absorbed by the crop, applied year after year, the soil properties generally have no adverse effects.

Applicable to a variety of crops and soils, its fertiliser effect is similar to that of ammonium sulphate of equal nitrogen; used for the lack of active iron and easy to occur hydrogen sulphide poisoning of ‘old rotten’ paddy fields, the effect is better than that of ammonium sulphate. Excessive application of urea, or urea content is too high, easy to cause ammonia and urea poisoning of crops; the higher the urease activity of crops, the more sensitive to urea and urea poisoning.

Urea can be used as a supplemental feed for antichildren. Industrial urea is the raw material for the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde, melamine-formaldehyde resin and so on. Pharmaceutically it is used in the manufacture of tetracycline, phenobarbital, caffeine and other drugs. Dyestuff industry use it to produce reduced brown BR, phthalocyanine blue B, etc.. Urea is packed in plastic film lining and woven bag. It should be stored in dry warehouse, and should not be stored and transported together with acid substances.

Urea is mainly used as fertiliser. It is also used as a raw material for manufacturing urea-formaldehyde resin, polyurethane and melamine-formaldehyde resin, and has a wide range of applications in medicine, explosives, tanning, flotation agents, pigments and petroleum products dewaxing. When urea is heated to 200℃, solid cyanuric acid is generated.

Derivatives of cyanuric acid trichloroisocyanuric acid, sodium dichloroisocyanate, isocyanuric acid three (2-hydroxyethyl), isocyanuric acid three (allyl) ester, three (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) isocyanate, isocyanuric acid triglycidyl ether, cyanuric acid, cyanuric acid, such as melamine complexes, have many important applications. The first two are new high-grade disinfectant and bleaching agent, and the total production capacity of trichloroisocyanuric acid is more than 80,000t worldwide.
