Eicosapentaenoic acid, also known as EPA, is an important Omega-3 fatty acid with significant cardiovascular health benefits. Studies have shown that increased EPA intake can be effective in treating coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, and inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. The fish liver or crushed fish is used as raw material to treat the fish liver or crushed fish to obtain the refined fish oil. After the refined fish oil was pre-concentrated by urea inclusion, EPA ten DHA was purified to 90% under the conditions of extraction pressure of 11-15MPa and extraction temperature of 35℃; distillation pressure of 11-15MPa and distillation temperature of 40-85℃, and a two-step separation method was adopted, and EPA was purified to 67%, and DHA was purified to more than 90%.
