Hemicellulase can be used as an enzyme preparation, mainly for cereal and vegetable processing, combined with pectinase to clarify citrus juices; used to treat coffee beans to increase the extraction rate of coffee; and to treat soybeans to improve their digestibility.

Product method of Bulk Hemicellulase Powder.
It is obtained from the culture extract of Aspergillus nigervar.Tieghem, which is refined by the chromatographic column of cross-linked dextran gel (G-75 Sephadex). In addition, Bacillus subtilis, Penicillium chrysogenum, and Aspergillus oryzae are also capable of producing hemicellulases.
