Uses of Cyclamate.
Sweeteners are the more commonly used non-nutritive synthetic sweeteners. It is not absorbed in the body, does not produce heat and is not cariogenic. The taste is close to sucrose, often mixed with sodium saccharin (10:1), which can mask the bitter taste of sodium saccharin. Can be used in Chenpi, talking plums, dried prunes
The maximum use level of sodium saccharin is 8.0g/kg in Chinese plums, 1.0g/kg in candied fruit, 0.65g/kg in pickles, sauces, prepared wines, beverages, popsicles, ice-cream, ice-cream, pastries, biscuits and breads.
Non-nutritive sweetener. Can be used in all aspects, mainly for diabetic patients. The concentration should not exceed 0.4% to moderate the bitter taste.

Made from cyclohexylamine sulfonated to cyclohexylsulfamic acid with chlorosulfonic acid or sulfamate, then neutralised and refined with sodium hydroxide.
