It is obtained by decomposition and isolation of nucleic acid obtained from yeast. Starch saccharification solution (glucose) by direct fermentation of inosinic acid, for selective hydroxyphosphorylation, and then refined and neutralised into sodium salt and then crystallised and obtained.
