Carbonization method will be selected limestone crushed to 50 ~ 150mm, smokeless (white) coal particle size of 38 ~ 50mm. coal and limestone in the ratio of 1:8 ~ 1:11 into the furnace, calcined at 900 ~ 1100 ° C, so that the limestone decomposed into quicklime and carbon dioxide at high temperatures. With 3~5 times water, it is dissolved by digestion at 90℃ for 1.5~2.0h to get lime milk with a concentration of 10~18°Bé, which is filtered and removed for carbonization.
Carbon dioxide is sent to the carbonization tower after washing and purification, the concentration of 30% ~ 40%, carbonization temperature of 60 ~ 70 ℃, carbonization pressure of 0.078Mpa, carbonization endpoint control pH value of 7. Calcium carbonate slurry by centrifugal dewatering (moisture content of 32% ~ 42%). Drying (water content of 0.3% or less), then cooling, crushing, sieving, to produce light calcium carbonate finished products.
