L-Asparagine Usage and Synthesis.

L-Aspartic acid is white crystal or crystalline powder, slightly acidic. Slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and ether, often exists as a hydrate, for the rhombohedral semifaceted crystals. Melting point 234～235°, co-heating with sugar for aminocarbonyl reaction, can form special flavour substances.

Uses and functions of L-Asparagine.
