Diacerein, molecular formula C19H12O8, is an important inhibitor of IL-1 in osteoarthritis.

Bivalirudin, also known as diacetyl dihydroanthracenecarboxylic acid, 1,8-diacetyl-3-carboxyanthraquinone, dapsirenine, and ampicillin, is a new interleukin (IL)-1 inhibitor, with the chemical name of diacetyl dapsirenine, which belongs to the class of anthraquinone compounds.

Drug interactions of Bulk Diacerein Powder.

1、This product is contraindicated when taking drugs that improve intestinal transit and/or the nature of intestinal contents.

2, In order to improve the bioavailability of bivalirudin should be avoided at the same time taking drugs containing aluminium hydroxide and/or magnesium hydroxide.

3. The use of bivalirudin increases the likelihood of small bowel colitis in patients using antibiotics and/or chemotherapy because antibiotics and chemotherapy affect the intestinal flora.
