Rosavin Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Loxerivir is mainly used for anti-fatigue, anti-hypoxia, stress relief, improving work efficiency and treating functional disorders of the nervous system.

The main source of rosavin is Rhodiola rosea (RhodioLa rosea L.), especially its rhizome.

Preparation method of Rosavin.

(1) Rhodiola rosea as raw material, extracted by refluxing with 60%～70% ethanol solution, the extract was concentrated, centrifuged, and the supernatant was passed through a chromatographic column filled with macroporous resin, and washed until the effluent was clarified, and then some impurities were removed by 15～25% ethanol solution.

Firstly, use 15%～25% ethanol solution to elute some impurities, then use 60%～70% ethanol solution to elute out the losevir, collect the eluent of 60%～70% ethanol solution, concentrate, and get the crude extract after drying;

(2) subcritical extraction of the crude extract with methylene chloride as the extractant, the amount of extractant injected is 1~2 times the weight of the crude extract, the extraction temperature is 38~42 ℃, the extraction pressure is 2.3~2.7MPa, the extraction time is 20~40min, and the finished product is obtained by recovering the self-evaporated methylene chloride.
