Clemastine fumarate Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Clemastine fumarate is a potent, long-acting, fast-acting, highly selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist, blocking H1 receptors and antagonising cytotoxicity at the same time, and is mainly used in allergic dermatoses, allergic rhinitis and other allergic diseases, which brings a blessing to patients suffering from allergic diseases all year round.

"Stilbestrol is a potent, long-lasting, highly selective histamine H1 receptor blocker, and has no inhibitory effect on the cholinergic receptors of the central nervous system, with no sedative or narcoleptic effects, and is mostly used in allergic rhinitis, anti-allergic asthma, urticaria, eczema, dermatitis and pruritus.

Pharmacological Effect of Clemastine fumarate.

Clemastine is a diphenylether histamine H1 receptor antagonist. It acts selectively on the H1 receptor, preventing histamine from acting on target cells, reducing capillary permeability, and has a mild effect against 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) or choline. Clomastine has a strong antipruritic effect, with a rapid onset of action and an effect that lasts up to 12 hours.

Clemastine is rapidly and almost completely absorbed into the body, with peak blood levels reached in 2-4 hours and the antihistamine effect being strongest in 5-7 hours. The effect lasts 10-12 hours, sometimes up to 24 hours.

Plasma protein binding is up to 95%. Its elimination is biphasic, and the half-lives of the radioactivity are 3.6±0.9h and 37±16h, respectively.

The active substance is mainly metabolised in the liver and the metabolites (45-65%) are mainly excreted via the kidneys, with only 0.1% excreted in their original form.

Contraindication of Bulk Clemastine fumarate Powder.
