Carbaspirin Calcium Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Calcium carbapenems is an aspirin derivative, a salt produced by complexing calcium acetylsalicylate with urea. The metabolic characteristics and pharmacological effects of calcium carbapenems are the same as those of aspirin. In water, Calcium Carbapenems are hydrolysed to form Acetylsalicylic Acid, which effectively acts as antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and inhibits aggregation. It can treat fever and inflammation in poultry and livestock. It can be used as an adjunct to this one when treating avian influenza, nephrolithiasis and other poultry diseases.

Uses and functions of Carbaspirin Calcium.

It has antipyretic and analgesic effects and is used in the treatment of pain and febrile illnesses. Uses:Used for fever, pain and inflammation caused by various reasons. Pharmacological Effect of Carbaspirin Calcium.

It has antipyretic and analgesic effects. As it is sodium free, it can also be used by those who are sodium abstainers. Compared with similar drugs, the digestive tract is well tolerated, and there is little gastric pain. Oral absorption is rapid, and the peak blood concentration of acetylsalicylic acid is reached after 20min, and the peak concentration of salicylic acid is reached after 1h.

The distribution of the product is consistent with a two-compartment open model, with most of the salicylate bound to plasma proteins, and the inactive metabolite is formed mainly in the liver by conjugation and hydroxylation, and excreted via the kidneys. The elimination half-life is prolonged with increasing dose.

Preparation of  Bulk Carbaspirin Calcium Powder.

A method of preparing calcium carbapenems, comprising the steps of.

(1) Add aspirin to an alcohol solvent and slowly add ammonia dropwise to adjust the pH to 6-8.5 at 5-10°C under stirring conditions, then add anhydrous calcium nitrate, raise the temperature to 30-40°C, and react for 1-1.5 hours;

(2) Add urea to the reaction solution made in step (1), and react at 25 to 35°C for 20-40 minutes;

(3) Cool down the reaction solution made in step (2) to 0-5 ℃, leave it to raise the crystal for 0.5-1.5 hours, filter it, and dry it under vacuum at 40-45 ℃ for 1.5-2.5 hours to make Carbapenem Calcium.
