Formulation method

Benzydamine Hydrochloride Soluble Tablets: The composition is: 250g of Benzydamine Hydrochloride, 100g of sodium chloride, 25g of cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 40g of leucine, 5g of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 30ml of ethanol aqueous solution with a concentration of 80%. preparation method: according to the following steps:

1. a), according to the above ratio of benzydamine hydrochloride with a concentration of 80% ethanol aqueous solution to make soft material, over 20 mesh sieve granulation, ventilation drying at 60 ~ 70 ℃ for 1 hour;
2. b), the above dried particles through 30 mesh sieve whole granules, and then in turn plus the above ratio of sodium chloride, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium dodecyl sulfate, leucine, mixing;
3. c), determine the content of the above mix, calculate the tablet weight, and press the tablets to obtain the finished product.
